Welcome To CHS Metal Detecting Club

Canadian Heritage Seekers was founded in January of 1980 and has had a dedicated membership of TH'ers ever since. Over the years many faces have come and gone but several die hard members are still with us. Most of our members are actively involved in club hunts and other aspects of club life. Our members are well dispersed across the Niagara Penninsula but are never far when it comes to lending a hand to a fellow club member.

CLUB MEETINGS

Canadian Heritage Seekers consists of approximately 40 members and is growing all the time. We come from varied backgrounds and from all age groups. Our meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of every Month at the Coronation 50+ Centre, 5925 Summer Street (corner of Portage Rd.), Niagara Falls. Ontario. You must enter from the parking lot entrance on Portage Road.
January thru March the meetings are held at 2:00P.M. and April thru November they are held at 7:30 P.M.. In December we hold our Pot Luck Dinner and Games Night at 6:00 P.M.
Weather permitting,we have a finds of the month board. Winners receive a small prize for their efforts. In addition we hold several challenge find contests throughout the year. In particular, the "Gold Coin Challenge" in which the members are given clues to locate a metal object which is "buried in the ground". That object can then be redeemed for a gold coin.
